The Adventures of a Helpdesk and Desktop Manager

Hello everyone,

My name is Doug and I run a Helpdesk and Desktop team for an Energy company in San Diego.  While there are a number of blogs out there about this subject, this blog will focus more on the deployment of Windows 7 and the tools around that, including the installation of Microsoft’s new IT ticket system, Service Manager.

This should be a crazy ride, so keep following me and the adventures of the team involved in this process.
