MICROSOFT MANAGEMENT SUMMIT 2010

I’m in Vegas this week for the MMS 2010 conference. My goals for this conference are:

– Discover how to proactively performance monitor our infrastructure with meaningful drill-down dashboards.
– Find a better IT Ticket system with a smart workflow capability for better IT process automation.
– Develop a Microsoft Management system road map for the products that best meet my company’s requirements.
– Complete “Train the trainer” lab sessions to ensure I can develop my current staff.

I registered this morning and the labs look great. I’ve seen the environment I want to get to and will post pictures that will help readers understand where I want to get to.
